**Product Warranty**
Ruiying machinery products are covered by a lifetime warranty system.
Users of Ruiying products can enjoy a repair period that is no less than the repair period stipulated by the national "Three Guarantees" regulations (the quality guarantee period is 24 months). During the repair period, we will provide free services for users; after the repair period expires, we will provide paid services for users according to the unified charging standards of Ruiying.
**Interpretation of the Warranty Period**
The term "warranty" within the warranty period means guaranteed repair, that is, after users purchase Ruiying products, the after-sales department of Ruiying will ensure that the products are repaired.
**Warranty Repair Voucher**
If Ruiying products malfunction during the warranty period stipulated by the "Three Guarantees" regulations, users can contact Ruiying Company in any way and provide the product serial number (or contract number). For situations beyond the warranty scope, we promise to provide paid services for users and charge inspection fees and accessory fees according to the unified charging standards of Ruiying.
**Responsibility Regulations for Repair, Replacement and Return**
5.1. If structural failures occur within 15 days (counting from the arrival date) after the product is sold, users can choose to exchange the product or have it repaired. (Situations caused by the customer themselves are not included in this scope.)
5.2. If serious performance failures occur within 30 days (counting from the arrival date) after the product is sold, users can choose to exchange the product or have it repaired. (Situations caused by the customer themselves are not included in this scope.)
5.3. If parts cannot be used normally after being repaired multiple times (two or more times) during the warranty period, users can request replacement or return according to the relevant regulations of the national "Three Guarantees" law.
5.4. The validity period of the "Three Guarantees" after the product is exchanged shall be recalculated starting from the date of the exchange.
5.5. The appearance of the exchanged product must be intact and the accessories must be complete, otherwise the exchange will not be handled.
**Exclusions and Limitations**
Those falling into any of the following circumstances will not be eligible for free return, replacement or free "Three Guarantees" services:
1) Damage caused by consumers' improper use, maintenance or storage;
2) Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly or repair;
3) Products that are not from our company (those independently matched by customers);
4) Damage caused by force majeure.
For the above situations, we promise to provide paid services for users.
