Work Principles:
Utilize the cumulative metering principle of load cells, preset the metering values in advance. The system operates automatically (the operation signal is the discharging signal of the sand weighing hopper of the mixing device). When the metering reaches the set value, the system stops running automatically, enabling the conveyance and addition of fiber materials each time.

Control System and Control Modes:
PLC programmable control is adopted, with the secondary metering method combining flow and weighing, which can realize both manual and automatic control.

Delivery Modes:
Use a high-pressure blower to send fiber materials into the high-level discharge bin and then into the mixer.

Delivery Effects:
It is fast and accurate, ensuring full dispersion before dry mixing and thorough mixing with the mixture.

Main Features:
1. Multi-purpose: It can convey flocculent and granular lignin fibers, polyester, polypropylene, polyacrylonitrile fibers, mineral fibers, anti-rutting agents and other flocculent, filamentous or granular materials, achieving multiple functions with one machine.
2. Unique Metering and Control System: Adopt a flow metering and closed-loop automatic control electronic weighing system, with high metering accuracy and a weighing accuracy of ±0.10%. It has a large conveying capacity, and the material conveying quantity can be set between 3 - 30 kg (times/batch). Remote control is available (optional).
3. Synchronization: The equipment operates synchronously with the asphalt mixing plant and has the functions of alarming for material shortage and abnormal feeding.
4. Fast Discharging: The discharging adopts a unique pneumatic conveying mechanism and a scientific solid-gas ratio design, resulting in a fast conveying speed, ensuring that the fiber materials can be sent into the mixer within 3 seconds, and the conveying height can reach up to 20 meters.
5. The high-level discharge device is adopted to effectively separate the conveying air from the fiber materials and reduce the adverse impact of high-pressure air on the mixed materials in the mixer.
